LovelyBaby provides an AI-powered image generation service that transforms 4D/5D ultrasound images into artistic, realistic newborn portraits. This is an entertainment and artistic service, not a medical tool. The generated images do not represent an accurate medical depiction of your baby and should not be used for diagnostic purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must have the legal right and authority to upload the ultrasound images.
• You agree not to upload any inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits purchased are non-refundable unless there is a system error preventing the generation of an image. Technical issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the original ultrasound images you upload. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the generated images. You may not use our service to create content for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
