How long does it take to get the results?
Image jobs are processed by the AI workflow and usually move through queued, processing, saving, and completed states. You can leave the page and return from Library or Job detail.
What kind of ultrasound images work best?
Use clear 4D/5D ultrasound images where the baby's face is visible. The upload flow validates MIME, size, dimensions, and completed private storage upload before creating a generation job.
Are my photos safe?
Uploaded media and generated results are stored privately and are downloaded through short-lived signed URLs. Retention and deletion requests follow the Privacy Policy instead of an unsupported 24-hour claim.
Can I use a 2D ultrasound?
The current release is designed for clear 4D/5D ultrasound keepsake images. AI output is for family memories only and is not medical advice or diagnosis.
How are credits added?
Credit purchases redirect to RevenueCat checkout. Credits are added only after a verified payment webhook or reconciliation confirms the order.
